Training by and in the water, in the WBT Defence style. Strength, calm and focus, close to nature.
By the sea, training becomes clear and honest. The water asks for the whole body, and the wind carries every distraction away. I feel the rhythm of the waves through my body, and from this grows movement. Here I train for myself, without expectation, and let it unfold.

Sea Training is more than sport. It is about attitude, trust in your own body and the courage to walk your own path. No one has to be like everyone else. You may decide for yourself how you move and how you protect yourself.
